Steve is a founder of Andorra Capital, and serves as the company’s designated compliance officer. He has a background in trading both equities and futures, risk management, and private fund management. He began his career on the trading floors of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1994. Prior to starting up Andorra in 2003 he had been a proprietary trader with Bright Trading, specializing in merger/acquisition risk-arbitrage. Steve was a Regents’ Scholar to the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and an Innocents Honoree.
